We offer a wide range of nanopositioning sensors, stages, control electronics, actuators and translators. Our devices offer users exceptional control of movement down to fractions of a nanometer at high speeds.

    We developed our nanopositioning piezo stages for ultra-precision applications, including hard disk drive inspection, interferometry, mirror positioning, and automated microscopy. Our NanoScan focus devices are compatible with most microscopes and objective lenses, including the Prior OpenStand system.

    Our nano linear actuators are used in a wide range of high-precision motion control and nanopositioning applications, including vibration control; optics and photonics; life sciences; and microscopy.

    Nanosensors (2)

    Our capacitive nanosensors measure distances to picometer resolution, with up to 11 mm range. Used in conjunction with Queensgate controllers, they form the basis of custom positioning and metrology systems for displacement, vibration and strain measurements in demanding applications including silicon wafer stepping or advanced robotics in space.

    Super fast and fully digital closed loop electronics and cost-effective analog electronics solutions to drive the Queensgate Nanopositioning products.The controllers are designed to interface with external devices, offering a range of options from analog command and position output, USB, RS232c to quadrature (step and direction) control.

    Many of Queengate’s nanopositioning and nanosensing products are available in versions suitable for ultra-high vacuum, radiation-hard, and cryogenic applications, including synchrotrons, scanning electron microscopes, and space missions. We also design customized variants when off-the-shelf products are not suitable.
