NPS-Theta–2A Tilting 2 mrad Stage

The Queensgate NPS-Theta–2A Tilting 2 mrad Stage has a tilting platform to provide > 2 milliradians of travel with sub micro-radian resolution, developed for applications requiring ultra-high precision positioning of mirrors in optical inspection and imaging systems.

NPS-XYZ-100A/15H Hollow Three Axis Stage

The NPS-XYZ-100A/15H Hollow Three Axis Stage adds an integrated Z axis stage to the NPS-XY-100A whilst maintaining the 10mm clear aperture. The entire system is constructed from Super Invar. This arrangement offers over 100 microns of closed loop travel in x and y with over 15 microns closed loop travel in the z axis.

NPS-XYZ-100A/15A Three Axis Stage

The NPS-XYZ-100A/15A Three Axis Stage option incorporates an integrated Z axis stage to provide a solid XYZ arrangement. The system is constructed entirely of Super Invar. This arrangement offers over 100 microns of closed loop travel in x and y with over 15 microns of closed loop travel in the z axis.

NPS-XY-100 Two Axis 100µm x 100µm Stage

The NPS-XY-100 is a two axis XY piezo scanned flexure guided stage with integrated capacitance position sensors providing in excess of 100 microns of closed loop travel in each axis. It is capable of sub-nanometer resolution and reproducibility.

NPS-Z-15L Ultra High Load Closed Loop 15 Micron Actuator

The NPS-Z-15L is an Ultra High Load Closed Loop 15 Micron Actuator with an integrated capacitance position sensor. It is capable of sub-nanometer resolution and reproducibility. This stage has been designed for high stiffness to move large loads of up to 15KG.
