NS-2000 Series Sensor Controller

Single channel controllers for the NanoSensor series capacitive sensors.

The NS2000 series controllers operate by measuring the change in capacitance of a parallel plate capacitor and output an analogue voltage proportional to the NanoSensor gap. The voltage output varies linearly between -5V and +5V as the sensor gap changes from 50% to 150% of the nominal NanoSensor gap.  Its compact size, standalone operation and high resolution makes this ideal for systems where NanoPositioning is required.

NanoSensors - NX Series

NanoSensor® for the ultimate in position monitoring. The NanoSensor® is a non-contact position measuring system based on the principle of capacitance micrometry. Two sensor plates, a Target and a Probe, form a parallel plate capacitor.

MTP Open Loop Actuator

The MTP is an internally preloaded piezoelectric open loop translation device capable of moving up to 105μm with very high resolution.

NPS-Theta-Gamma-2B Tip Tilt 2 mrad Stage

The Queensgate NPS-Theta-Gamma-2B has a two axis tilting platform to provide > 2 milli-radians of travel in each axis with sub micro-radian resolution. It has been developed for applications requiring ultra-high precision positioning of large mirrors in optical inspection and imaging systems.
